So, it will not be be dark in the living room but you will need a lamp eventually. For the living room there’s no light but there’s lights in the kitchen and dinning area. You can still see, but I would suggest getting a lamp. So,there is an over head light right when you walk in the bedroom and one in the walking closet. There are no extra discounts but we decided to save on parking lot since it seemed super expensive to park two cars and we decide to park at bell street garage instead which is a 4 min walk from building. Just make sure before you sign ,they will be giving you the two months off. But they left AS because management was absolute garbage to work with when it came time to renew the lease. Know someone who lived here and the Urby and said AS is far superior in amenities, people and noise levels. It’s never been consistent or loud enough to disturb sleep or interrupt TV watching but can be annoying on work calls.
